ELM BEACH HAS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - ALL BEACHES ARE NOW CLOSED

STEAM ROOM UPDATE - a new boiler has been ordered and we are awaiting delivery.
The steam room will be closed until further notice.

The on-going construction project at the Refuse/Recycling Center can only accept trash
NO RECYCLING, NO BULK, NO COMMINGLE, NO METAL, NO SALVATION ARMY.

Alternates to using the Hemlock Farms Refuse/Recycling Center for recycling is:

Store your own recyclables until the Center is able to accept recycling in the fall

Bring your recyclables to the Pike County Recycling Center on Route 209/6 in Milford

Recreation Positions Available at HFCA
Clubhouse Manager, Recreation Operations Supervisor, Part-Time Lifegaurd

2008 Election Results

LOT #3 PURCHASE:
The HFCA Board of Directors at its June 21, 2008 Board of Directors meeting made the following motion:

.12 MOTION: Comando/Stratemeier – That Falcone/Wertman be notified that the Board is not interested in acquiring Lot #3 at the offered price and terms based upon Board research and feedback from a majority of members who responded and that the Association reserve the rights granted in the Stipulation Agreement signed July 3, 2007 by both parties. Also, the current contract contains language that is contradictory to that agreement.
VOTE ON MOTION #.12 – APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY: 9/0/0.

Construction activities are not permitted on Saturdays,
from July 1st through Labor Day.

Dog Run Maintenance Hours Established
The Dog Run will be Closed Wednesday Mornings
Between 6 am and 8 am from July 2nd thru October 29th, 2008
for mowing and maintenance.
